The hotel had a central setting near everything, from museums to restaurants to public transportation to stores. It was adjacent to must-see attractions like the Palacio de Gobierno and the Zocalo. - the location was perfect for exploring the city's highlights.

This hotel is amazing. It's always clean, comfortable, and everything you may need (great and secure Internet access, no-noisy climatized rooms, a well equipped business center, etc.) and the stuff is superb. They are always trying to make you feel comfortable and helping you do your stuff in Mexico City. I recommend very highly this hotel. It's by far the best place to stay in "el D.F."

    Nothing, everything was perfect.

The studio suite is compact, equipped with a safe box, sofa bed, and an iron with an ironing board - looking forward to staying here again!

Staff were generally very friendly and helpful.

One big problem was the A/C noise, which was often expected but this one was unusually high-pitched and irritating. We mentioned the problem with the hotel but the response was nothing could be done about it. Perhaps so, but we lost much sleep over this.

Plenty of space in the suite, everything else in order. Very good breakfast, plus extra coffee/drinks available 24/7 in the lobby. Tasteful decor of the entire hotel. Superb restaurant downstairs (a must try). Truly wonderful staff. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Air conditioning was off, the room was on fire at 24C, despite setting the AC to 15C (the minimum).

It's an awesome hotel for city trip and shopping. Great location and services. The bed was so comfortable after a long flight. The only complaint is that wifi was only available in the lobby. Well, there was cable ethernet in the room, but I happened to have a laptop that didn't have an ethernet port. Everything else was great! Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel, beautiful decor, we upgraded to a suite and this had everything we could have wanted - huge comfortable bed, bath, safe, etc.

Great location, helpful staff with good english, nice rooms, comfortable bed in the room. Breakfast starts at 6 am which is good for early day start/trip. 24 hours free coffee at the breakfast lobby.

There was only one complain during our stay. We got last room in the corridor, so right after wall there was "ice-generator" machine which was working really loud at night. So, if possible, please try to avoid booking of such rooms.
